ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਅਰਾਜਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਸਗੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈ।
