ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਆਕੇ ਜਿਉਣ ਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਸਿੱਖਾਵੇਂਗਾ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਪੂਰਨ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਾਂਗਾ। ਤੇਰੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਹੋਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਅਸੀਸ ਦਾ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਾਂਗਾ।

ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਇੱਕੋ ਚੀਜ਼ ਮੰਗਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀ ਉਮਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠਣ ਦੇ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਸੁੰਦਰਤਾ ਵੇਖ ਸੱਕਾਂ। ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਮਹਿਲ ਵੇਖ ਸੱਕਾਂ।

ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਹੈ। ਉਹੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਢਾਲ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਕੀਨ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ। ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹਾਂ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸਤਤਿ ਦੇ ਗੀਤ ਗਾਉਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
