Numbers 9:14
“ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਸਾਹ ਦੇ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ। ਇਸਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਸਾਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਲਈ ਉਹੀ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਹਨ।”
