Numbers 33:55
“ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਿਉਂਗੇ, ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਬੜੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾਂ ਖੜੀਆਂ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਅੱਖ ਉਤਲੇ ਫ਼ੋੜੇ ਵਰਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਵਖੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੁਭੇ ਹੋਏ ਕੰਡੇ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਉਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਰਹੋਂਗੇ ਬੜੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ।

Psalm 106:34

ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿਉ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਦੁੱਖੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੋ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਿਕਂਜੇ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਨ।
Joshua 23:12

Judges 1:21

ਕੌਮਾਂ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੱਸਣੋ ਹਟ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ “‘ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇਸਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਾੜੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਾਪਰਨਗੀਆਂ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਓੱਥੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨਸ਼ਤਰ ਜਾਂ ਕੰਡਿਆਲੀਆਂ ਝਾੜੀਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ। ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹਾਂ।’”
Deuteronomy 7:4
ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਲੱਗਣ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਕਰੋਧਵਾਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਛੇਤੀ ਹੀ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।
