Matthew 27:29
ਕੰਡਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਦਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਕੰਡਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਤਾਜ ਬਨਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਤੇ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇੱਕ ਸੋਟੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼ੜਵਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਫ਼ਿਰ ਸਿਪਾਹੀ ਉਸ ਅੱਗੇ ਝੁਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਸਖਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ, “ਹੇ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ, ਨਮਸੱਕਾਰ!”
