ਜਦੋਂ ਯਿਸੂ ਉੱਥੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਉਸਦਾ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਯਿਸੂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਤਰਸ ਆਇਆ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਬਿਨ ਆਜੜੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਸਨ। ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
