Luke 4:43
ਪਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਮੈਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਖੁਸ਼ਖਬਰੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਹੋਰ ਨਗਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਇਸੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ।”

Isaiah 42:1
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਖਾਸ ਸੇਵਕ “ਮੇਰੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਵੱਲ ਵੇਖੋ! ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਸਰਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਉਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਮੈਂ ਚੋਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਆਤਮਾ ਉਸ ਅੰਦਰ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਹੋਕੇ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
