Genesis 37:21
ਪਰ ਰਊਬੇਨ ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਰਊਬੇਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰੀਏ ਨਾ।” ਰਊਬੇਨ ਨੇ ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਕੋਲ ਭੇਜਣ ਦੀ ਵਿਉਂਤ ਬਣਾਈ ਸੀ।
