“ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸੇਵਕ ਇੱਕੋ ਵੇਲੇ ਦੋ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦਾ। ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਜਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਨਾਲ ਵਫਾਦਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਨਾਲ ਅਣਗਹਿਲੀ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਦੀ ਇੱਕੋ ਵੇਲੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦੇ।”
