ਕਪਟੀਓ! ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੌਸਮ ਦੇ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਸਮਝ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹੋ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਜੋ ਹੁਣ ਵਾਪਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ?
