Lamentations 2:7
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਮਂਜ਼ੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਦੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੰਧਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਿਲ ਮਾੜੀਆਂ ਢਾਹੁਣ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ। ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ, ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਅਰੇ ਮਾਰੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਵਰਗਾ ਸ਼ੋਰ ਮਚਾਇਆ।
