Lamentations 2:6
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੀ ਤੰਬੂ ਢਾਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਇਹ ਕੋਈ ਬਾਗ਼ ਹੋਵੇ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਲੋਕ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਨ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਸੀਯੋਨ ਅੰਦਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਸ ਸਭਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਖਾਸ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਭੁਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਕਹਿਰਵਾਨ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

| in Zion, | וְשַׁבָּ֔ת | wĕšabbāt | veh-sha-BAHT |
| despised hath and | וַיִּנְאַ֥ץ | wayyinʾaṣ | va-yeen-ATS |
