ਇਸ ਲਈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਕਨਾਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਯਾਬੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਯਾਬੀਨ ਹਸੋਰ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਸੀਸਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਆਦਮੀ ਰਾਜੇ ਯਾਬੀਨ ਦੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਦਾ ਕਮਾਂਡਰ ਸੀ। ਸੀਸਰਾ ਹਰੋਸ਼ਥ ਹਾਗੋਯਿਮ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਕਸਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ।

dwelt	יוֹשֵׁ֖ב	yôšēb	yoh-SHAVE
in Harosheth	בַּֽחֲרֹ֥שֶׁת	baḥărōšet	ba-huh-ROH-shet
of the Gentiles.	הַגּוֹיִֽם׃	haggôyim	ha-ɡoh-YEEM
