ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਅੱਗੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ-ਅੱਗੇ ਹਾਰਨੇਟ (ਭ੍ਰਿੰਡਾਂ) ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਿਆ। ਭ੍ਰਿਂਡਾਂ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਜਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਤਲਵਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਤੀਰ ਕਮਾਨਾ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਗੈਰ ਹੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ।

Psalm 44:3
ਇਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਲਵਾਰਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਾਹੂਬਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਤੂ ਬਣਾਇਆ। ਇਹ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਵਾਲੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸੀ। ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਮਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਇਆ। ਕਿਉਂ? ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਤੁਸਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਸੰਦ ਕੀਤਾ।
