ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਾੜੀ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼, ਪੱਛਮੀ ਤਰਾਈ, ਯਰਦਨ ਵਾਦੀ, ਪੂਰਬੀ ਪਰਬਤ, ਮਾਰੂਥਲ ਅਤੇ ਨੇਗੇਵ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਸੀ। ਇਹੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਸੀ ਜਿੱਥੇ, ਹਿੱਤੀ ਲੋਕ, ਅਮੋਰੀ ਲੋਕ, ਕਨਾਨੀ ਲੋਕ, ਫ਼ਰਿੱਜ਼ੀ ਲੋਕ, ਹਿੱਵੀ ਲੋਕ ਅਤੇ ਯਬੂਸੀ ਲੋਕ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਰਾਏ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੂਚੀ ਇਹ ਹੈ:
