ਜਦੋਂ ਯੂਨਾਹ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿੱਗਿਆ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੀ ਮੱਛੀ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਜਾਕੇ ਯੂਨਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਗਲ ਲਿਆ। ਇਉਂ, ਯੂਨਾਹ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਰਾਤਾਂ ਮੱਛੀ ਦੇ ਢਿੱਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਹਾ।
