ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੰਡ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਜਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਣ ਲਈ, ਪਾਣੀ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ, ਬੱਦਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
