ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਚੋਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਸੰਚਾਲਕ ਹੋਵੇ। ਕਿਸੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਹਰ ਸ਼ੈਅ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਜਿਆ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਹੀ ਸੰਚਾਲਕ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
