ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਦੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਉਦੋਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਰਾਮਾਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਬਾਬਲ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਦੇ ਖਾਸ ਗਾਰਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਮਾਂਡਰ ਨਬੂਜ਼ਰਦਾਨ ਨੇ ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਮਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਭ ਲਿਆ। ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਜ਼ੰਜ਼ੀਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਕੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਬਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਦ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।

ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਦੀ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਉਦੋਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਰਾਮਾਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਬਾਬਲ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਦੇ ਖਾਸ ਗਾਰਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਮਾਂਡਰ ਨਬੂਜ਼ਰਦਾਨ ਨੇ ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਮਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਭ ਲਿਆ। ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਜ਼ੰਜ਼ੀਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਕੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਬਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਦ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।
