Isaiah 66:24
“ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇਖਣਗੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਪਾਪ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀੜੇ ਚਲ ਰਹੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ-ਅਤੇ ਕੀੜੇ ਕਦੇ ਮਰਨਗੇ ਨਹੀਂ। ਅੱਗਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾੜ ਦੇਣਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਗਾਂ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੁਝਣਗੀਆਂ।”

| upon the carcases | בְּפִגְרֵי֙ | bĕpigrēy | beh-feeɡ-RAY |
| men the of | הָאֲנָשִׁ֔ים | hāʾănāšîm | ha-uh-na-SHEEM |
| that have transgressed | הַפֹּשְׁעִ֖ים | happōšĕʿîm | ha-poh-sheh-EEM |
| against me: for | בִּ֑י | bî | bee |
| worm their | כִּ֣י | kî | kee |
| shall not | תוֹלַעְתָּ֞ם | tôlaʿtām | toh-la-TAHM |
| die, | לֹ֣א | lōʾ | loh |
| neither | תָמ֗וּת | tāmût | ta-MOOT |
| shall their fire | וְאִשָּׁם֙ | wĕʾiššām | veh-ee-SHAHM |
| quenched; be | לֹ֣א | lōʾ | loh |
| and they shall be | תִכְבֶּ֔ה | tikbe | teek-BEH |
| abhorring an | וְהָי֥וּ | wĕhāyû | veh-ha-YOO |
| unto all | דֵרָא֖וֹן | dērāʾôn | day-ra-ONE |
| flesh. | לְכָל | lĕkāl | leh-HAHL |
| בָּשָֽׂר׃ | bāśār | ba-SAHR |
