Isaiah 48:3
“ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਵਾਪਰਨਗੀਆਂ। ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਸੀ। ਤੇ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਅਚਾਨਕ, ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਰਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

| and they went forth | וּמִפִּ֥י | ûmippî | oo-mee-PEE |
| mouth, my of out | יָצְא֖וּ | yoṣʾû | yohts-OO |
| and I shewed | וְאַשְׁמִיעֵ֑ם | wĕʾašmîʿēm | veh-ash-mee-AME |
| did I them; | פִּתְאֹ֥ם | pitʾōm | peet-OME |
| them suddenly, | עָשִׂ֖יתִי | ʿāśîtî | ah-SEE-tee |
| and they came to pass. | וַתָּבֹֽאנָה׃ | wattābōʾnâ | va-ta-VOH-na |
