Isaiah 40:2
ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨਾਲ ਪਿਆਰ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰੋ! ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਖੋ, ‘ਤੇਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਮੁੱਕ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਅਦਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।’ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਇੱਕ ਗੁਨਾਹ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੋ ਵਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।”
