ਇਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਹਨ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਬੋੜੇ ਜਿਹੇ ਲੋਕ ਹੀ ਬਚਣਗੇ।
