ਫ਼ਰੀਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਤਾਂ ਪਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਤਲਾਕਨਾਮਾ ਲਿਖਕੇ ਤਲਾਕ ਦੇ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ।”
