Genesis 30:32
ਪਰ ਅੱਜ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤੇਰੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਇੱਜੜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੇੜਾ ਮਾਰਨ ਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਉਸ ਲੇਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਲੈਣ ਦੇ ਜਿਸਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਧੱਬੇ ਜਾਂ ਲਕੀਰਾਂ ਹਨ। ਇਹੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

| the speckled | שֶׂ֣ה׀ | śe | seh |
| spotted and | נָקֹ֣ד | nāqōd | na-KODE |
| cattle, | וְטָל֗וּא | wĕṭālûʾ | veh-ta-LOO |
| and all | וְכָל | wĕkāl | veh-HAHL |
| brown the | שֶׂה | śe | seh |
| cattle | חוּם֙ | ḥûm | hoom |
| among the sheep, | בַּכְּשָׂבִ֔ים | bakkĕśābîm | ba-keh-sa-VEEM |
| spotted the and | וְטָל֥וּא | wĕṭālûʾ | veh-ta-LOO |
| and speckled | וְנָקֹ֖ד | wĕnāqōd | veh-na-KODE |
| goats: the among | בָּֽעִזִּ֑ים | bāʿizzîm | ba-ee-ZEEM |
| and of such shall be | וְהָיָ֖ה | wĕhāyâ | veh-ha-YA |
