Genesis 19:24
ਓਸੇ ਵੇਲੇ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਸਦੂਮ ਅਤੇ ਅਮੂਰਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਉੱਤੋਂ ਅੱਗ ਦਾ ਮੀਂਹ ਵਰ੍ਹਾਇਆ।

| from the Lord | מֵאֵ֥ת | mēʾēt | may-ATE |
| out of | יְהוָ֖ה | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA |
| heaven; | מִן | min | meen |
| הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ | haššāmāyim | ha-sha-MA-yeem |
