Ezekiel 23:7
ਆਹਾਲਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਦੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਿਪਾਹੀ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਸਨ। ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੁੱਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਪਾਕ ਹੋ ਗਈ।

| men | אַשּׁ֖וּר | ʾaššûr | AH-shoor |
| Assyria, of | כֻּלָּ֑ם | kullām | koo-LAHM |
| and with all | וּבְכֹ֧ל | ûbĕkōl | oo-veh-HOLE |
| on whom | אֲשֶׁר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| doted: she | עָֽגְבָ֛ה | ʿāgĕbâ | ah-ɡeh-VA |
| with all | בְּכָל | bĕkāl | beh-HAHL |
| their idols | גִּלּוּלֵיהֶ֖ם | gillûlêhem | ɡee-loo-lay-HEM |
| she defiled | נִטְמָֽאָה׃ | niṭmāʾâ | neet-MA-ah |
