Exodus 27:1
ਹੋਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੇਟਾਂ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ “ਸ਼ਿੱਟੀਮ ਦੀ ਲੱਕੜ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਬਣਾਉ। ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਚੌਰਸ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪੰਜ ਕਿਊਬਿਟ ਲੰਮੀ, ਪੰਜ ਕਿਊਬਿਟ ਚੌੜੀ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਕਿਊਬਿਟ ਉੱਚੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।

| and five | וְחָמֵ֧שׁ | wĕḥāmēš | veh-ha-MAYSH |
| cubits | אַמּ֣וֹת | ʾammôt | AH-mote |
| broad; | רֹ֗חַב | rōḥab | ROH-hahv |
| the altar | רָב֤וּעַ | rābûaʿ | ra-VOO-ah |
| shall be | יִֽהְיֶה֙ | yihĕyeh | yee-heh-YEH |
