Exodus 23:23
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਮੇਰਾ ਦੂਤ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਖਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰੇਗਾ-ਅਮੋਰੀਆਂ, ਹਿੱਤੀਆਂ, ਫ਼ਰਿੱਜ਼ੀਆਂ, ਕਨਾਨੀਆਂ, ਹਿੱਵੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਯਬੂਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ। ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।
