ਜਿਹੜਾ ਦਿਨ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੁਕਰ੍ਰਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਅਦਾਰ ਦੇ ਬਾਰ੍ਹਵੇਂ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦਾ ਤੇਰ੍ਹਵਾਂ ਦਿਨ ਸੀ। ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਹਸ਼ਵੇਰੋਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਉਂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਇਖਤਿਆਰ ਸੀ।
