Romans 4:13
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਦਾ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਣਾ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਉਲਾਦ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਵਚਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪੂਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਣਗੇ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵਚਨ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸ਼ਰ੍ਹਾ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਸਰਣ ਕਰਨ ਕਾਰਣ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵਚਨ ਸਦਾਚਾਰੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ, ਜਿਹੜੀ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ।

Romans 9:8

Psalm 72:11

Genesis 49:10
ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਆਦਮੀ ਰਾਜੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਅਸਲੀ ਰਾਜੇ ਦੇ ਆਉਣ ਤੀਕ ਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਰਾਜ-ਦੰਡ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੱਡੇਗਾ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਉਸਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਕਰਨਗੀਆਂ।
