ਬਿਲਆਮ ਦਾ ਤੀਸਰਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਬਿਲਆਮ ਨੇ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੀਸ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਬਿਲਆਮ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਲੇ ਇਲਮ ਰਾਹੀ ਬਦਲਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਪਰ ਬਿਲਆਮ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਮੋੜਕੇ ਮਾਰੂਥਲ ਵੱਲ ਦੇਖਿਆ।

ਇਸ ਲਈ ਬਿਲਆਮ ਬਾਲਾਕ ਕੋਲ ਵਾਪਸ ਚੱਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਬਾਲਾਕ ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਖਲੋਤਾ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਮੋਆਬ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਆਗੂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਖਲੋਤੇ ਸਨ।
