Mark 12:12
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਯਹੂਦੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਂਤ ਸੁਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਂਤ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਵਸਰ ਲੱਭ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਦੇ ਸਨ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਚੱਲੇ ਗਏ।

ਤਾਂ ਨਬੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਪੇਟਿਆ। ਇਉਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਛਾਣ ਨਾ ਸੱਕਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ? ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਨਬੀ ਇਉਂ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਚੱਲਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸੜਕ ਕੰਢੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦਾ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ।
2 Samuel 12:7
ਨਾਥਾਨ ਨੇ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਾਪ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਤਦ ਨਾਥਾਨ ਨੇ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਉਹ ਧਨਾਢ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਤਾਂ ਹੈਂ। ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਇਉਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ‘ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਮਸਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਉੱਪਰ ਰਾਜ ਕਰੇਁ। ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਊਲ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਛੁਡਾਇਆ।
