Luke 9:7
ਹੇਰੋਦੇਸ ਯਿਸੂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਸ਼ੋਪੰਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਵਾਪਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਰਾਜਾ ਹੇਰੋਦੇਸ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕ ਆਖ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ “ਯੂਹੰਨਾ ਬਪਤਿਸਮਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ, ਮੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਜੀ ਉੱਠਿਆ ਹੈ।”

ਡਰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਾਰੀਁ-ਪਾਸੀਁ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਡਰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਵੱਧਾੇ ਹਰ ਕਦਮ ਦਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ।

Isaiah 22:5

Micah 7:4
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਵੱਧੀਆ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਵੀ ਬੋਹਰ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਨ। ਸਗੋਂ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਵੱਧੀਆ ਓਨੇ ਖੋਟੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਕੰਡਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਨਖਿੱਧ ਹਨ। ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਦਿਨ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਦਿਨ ਆਵੇਗਾ। ਤੇਰੇ ਰਾਖਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਦਿਨ, ਤੇਰੇ ਦਰਬਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਦਿਨ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਘਬਰਾ ਜਾਵੋਂਗੇ।

ਚੇਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ, “ਕੁਝ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਯੂਹੰਨਾ ਬਪਤਿਸਮਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ, ਦੂਜੇ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੂੰ ਏਲੀਯਾਹ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਚੀਨ ਕਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।”

ਘਬਰਾਉਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ “ਸੂਰਜ-ਚੰਦ ਅਤੇ ਤਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈਰਾਨੀਜਨਕ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਜਦੋਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦਾ ਉੱਛਲਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਗਰਜਨਾ ਵੇਖਣਗੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਡਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਆਕੁਲਤਾ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਨਗੀਆਂ।
