Lamentations 3:33
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਣੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ। ਉਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ-ਖੁਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ।

ਹਾਲਾਂ ਕਿ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਪਰ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਸਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਅਸੀਂ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਦਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਆਤਮਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਣ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਜੀਵਨ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
Isaiah 28:21
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੜੇਗਾ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਫਰਾਸੀਮ ਦੇ ਪਰਬਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਲੜਿਆ ਸੀ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਹਿਰਵਾਨ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਗਿਬਓਨ ਵਾਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਹੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਕੁਝ ਅਜੀਬ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਆਪਣਾ ਕੰਮ ਖਤਮ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਉਸਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਇੱਕ ਅਜਨਬੀ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਹੈ।
