Jeremiah 5:11
ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਬੇਵਫ਼ਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ।” ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ ਇਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ।

ਦੋ ਬੁਰੀਆਂ ਭੈਣਾਂ: ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਯੋਸ਼ੀਯਾਹ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਸਨਕਾਲ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ ਕੀ ਤੂੰ ਦੇਖੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਮੰਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਨੇ? ਤੂੰ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਬੇਵਫ਼ਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹਰ ਪਹਾੜੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਹਰੇ ਰੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਛਾਂ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
Hosea 5:7
ਉਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਜਨਬੀ ਤੋਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਤੋਂ ਨਾਸ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।”
Hosea 6:7
ਪਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਦਮ ਵਿਖੇ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮਾ ਤੋੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਹ ਓੱਥੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਬੇਵਫ਼ਾ ਸਨ।
