ਸਵੇਰੇ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਉੱਠਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੋਤੇ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਠੀ ਪਾਈ। ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਨੇ ਇਸਹਾਕ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋ ਨੌਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਲ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ। ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਨੇ ਬਲੀ ਲਈ ਲੱਕੜ ਕੱਟੀ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਥਾਂ ਚੱਲੇ ਗਏ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਜਾਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ ਸੀ।
