ਅਬਰਾਮ ਦੀ ਕਨਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ, ਅਬਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਮਿਸਰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਅਬਰਾਮ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਮਲਕੀਅਤ ਸਮੇਤ ਨੇਗੇਵ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੌਲੇ ਲੰਘਿਆ। ਲੂਤ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੀ।
