ਪਰ ਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਾਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਯਹੂਦੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਮਾਰਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਬਨਾਉਣੀ ਤਦ ਤੀਕ ਨਾ ਛੱਡੀ ਜਦ ਤੀਕ ਇਹ ਖਬਰ ਦਾਰਾ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਤੀਕ ਨਾ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ। ਉਹ ਤਦ ਤੀਕ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਜਦ ਤੀਕ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨਾ ਭੇਜਿਆ।

Ezra 7:6
ਅਜ਼ਰਾ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਉਸਤਾਦ ਸੀ ਬਾਬਲ ਤੋਂ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਮੂਸਾ ਦੀ ਬਿਵਸਬਾ ਨੂੰ ਭਲੀ-ਭਾਂਤੀ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਸੀ। ਮੂਸਾ ਦੀ ਬਿਵਸਬਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੇ ਹਰ ਵਸਤ ਜੋ ਅਜ਼ਰਾ ਨੇ ਚਾਹੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਉਸ ਉੱਪਰ ਸੀ।

ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇਖਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮਾਰਗ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੁਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਸਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਮੈਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਰਤਰਸ਼ਸ਼ਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਸਫ਼ਰ ’ਚ ਸਾਡੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਰਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਸਨ ਸਿਪਾਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਘੋੜ-ਸਵਾਰ ਮੰਗਣ ’ਚ ਲੱਜਾ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕੀਤੀ। ਮੇਰੀ ਲਾਜ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਣ ਇਹ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ ਸੀ “ਸਾਡੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਹੱਥ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਬੜਾ ਕਰੋਧ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਉੱਠਦੇ ਹਨ।”

Psalm 129:2
ਮੇਰੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਸਨ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਿੱਤ ਸੱਕਦੇ।
