Acts 26:31
ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਹ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਖ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, “ਇਸ ਆਦਮੀ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਗਲਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਮੌਤ ਜਾਂ ਕੈਦ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹੋਵੇ। ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਇਸਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਬੁਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ।”

ਉੱਥੋਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ; ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪੌਲੁਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਖੁਦ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰ੍ਹਾ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲਾਏ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਦਾਵ੍ਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਜਾਂ ਕੈਦ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਣ ਹੁੰਦਾ।

ਦਾਊਦ ਦਾ ਅਰਵਨਾਹ ਦਾ ਪਿੜ ਖਰੀਦ ਲੈਣਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੂਤ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮੈਂ ਪਾਪੀ, ਮੈਂ ਭੁੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ! ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਤਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਉਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਕੀਤਾ, ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਇੱਜੜਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਲੱਗੇ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਆਖਾ ਮੰਨਿਆ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਕਸੂਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣੀ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਾਸੂਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੇਵੋ ਜਾਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਨੂੰ।”
Luke 23:4
ਪਿਲਾਤੁਸ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਮਾੜੀ ਗੱਲ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਈ।”

Acts 25:25
ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਇਸਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਅਮਲ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਤ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਇਆ। ਪਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਖੁਦ ਕੈਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਮ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਣ ਦਾ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
Acts 28:18
ਰੋਮੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਵਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਵਜਹ ਨਾ ਲੱਭੀ ਜਿਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਜਾਵਾਂ? ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਅਜ਼ਾਦ ਛੱਡ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹਿਆ।
1 Peter 3:16
ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਮਲਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਨਾਲ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿਉ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਇਹ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਹੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ। ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰੋਂਗੇ, ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮਸੀਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਮੰਦਾ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹਨ, ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦਾ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
1 Peter 4:14
ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਮਸੀਹ ਦੇ ਚੇਲੇ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਣ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੋਵੋ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਦਾ ਆਤਮਾ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਆਤਮਾ ਹੈ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੈ।
