Acts 24:10
ਫ਼ੇਲਿਕੁਸ ਅੱਗੇ ਪੌਲੁਸ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਂਦਾ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਹਾਕਮ ਨੇ ਪੌਲੁਸ ਨੂੰ ਬੋਲਣ ਲਈ ਇਸ਼ਾਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪੌਲੁਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਫ਼ੇਲਿਕੁਸ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਮੁਨਸਫ਼ ਹੈਂ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹਾਂ।

Acts 19:33

Acts 12:17
ਪਤਰਸ ਨੇ ਹੱਥ ਦੇ ਇਸ਼ਾਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਖਾਮੋਸ਼ ਰਹਿਣ। ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀ ਗੱਲ ਸਮਝਾਈ ਕਿ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢਣ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਯਾਕੂਬ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਭਾਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਖਬਰ ਦੇਵੋ।” ਉਸਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪਤਰਸ ਹੋਰ ਥਾਂ ਚੱਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
Luke 18:2
“ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ, ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ, ਇੱਕ ਨਿਆਂਕਾਰ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਡਰਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੀ ਸੋਚਦੇ ਹਨ।
