ਅਤੇ ਪੌਲੁਸ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੜ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਚੀ ਉੱਚੀ ਚੀਕਣ ਲੱਗੇ, “ਹੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀ ਮਰਦੋ। ਇੱਥੇ ਆਓ ਤੇ ਮਦਦ ਕਰੋ। ਇਹ ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਡੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਮੂਸਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰ੍ਹਾ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼, ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਹ ਕੁਝ ਯੂਨਾਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਹੜੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਸ਼ੁੱਧ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।”
