Acts 11:13

ਤਦ ਪਤਰਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਆਇਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕੀ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸੋਚਿਆ, “ਹੁਣ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਾਸਤਵ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਦੂਤ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਹੇਰੋਦੇਸ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਕਰਾਇਆ। ਯਹੂਦੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਬੁਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਵਾਪਰਨਗੀਆਂ, ਪਰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾ ਲਿਆ।”

ਸਾਰੇ ਦੂਤ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਆਤਮਾ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਭੇਜੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
