ਦਾਊਦ ਦੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਯੋਆਬ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਦਾ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਬਣਿਆ। ਯੋਨਾਦਾਬ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਬਨਾਯਾਹ ਕਰੇਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਲੇਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਆਗੂ ਬਣਿਆ।
