ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਲਈ ਧੰਨ ਦੀ ਭੇਟਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਲੇਕਿਨ ਜਾਜਕ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਲਈ ਚਾਂਦੀ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਲੇ ਜਾਂ ਗੁਲਤਰਾਸ਼, ਬਾਟੇ ਜਾਂ ਤੁਰ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਸੋਨੇ-ਚਾਂਦੀ ਦੇ ਬਰਤਨ ਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਸੱਕਦੇ। ਉਹ ਪੈਸਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਮਜਦੂਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਜਦੂਰੀ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਦੇ ਜੋ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਮੁਰੰਮਤ ਕਰਦੇ।
