Deuteronomy 21
22 ਮਾਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਤੇ ਰੁੱਖ ਉੱਤੇ ਟੰਗੇ ਮੁਜ਼ਰਮ “ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਜ਼ੁਰਮ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਮੌਤ ਹੋਵੇ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਉਸਦੀ ਲਾਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਰੁੱਖ ਉੱਤੇ ਟੰਗ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
22 And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree:
