“ਜਦੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਦੇਮੋਥ ਦੇ ਮਾਰੂਥਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਂ, ਮੈਂ (ਮੂਸਾ) ਨੇ ਹਸ਼ਬੋਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਸੀਹੋਨ ਵੱਲ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ਵਾਹਕ ਭੇਜੇ ਸਨ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ਵਾਹਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੀਹੋਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਮਨ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਖਿਆ,
