“‘ਉਸ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਰਾਜੇ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਨਵਾਂ ਹਾਕਮ ਆਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਹਾਕਮ ਇੱਕ ਕਰ ਵਸੂਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਹਾਕਮ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਬਹੁਤ ਅਮੀਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਧਨ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੇ। ਪਰ, ਕੁਝ ਵਰ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਬਾਦ ਉਹ ਹਾਕਮ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਜੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਰੇਗਾ।
