ਸਭ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਮਸ਼ਵਰਾ ਪਸੰਦ ਆਇਆ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸਤੀਫ਼ਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਵੱਡੀ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਸੀ, ਫ਼ਿਲਿਪੁੱਸ, ਪ੍ਰੋਖੋਰੁਸ, ਨਿਕਾਨੋਰ, ਤੀਮੋਨ, ਪਰਮਨਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਕਲਾਊਸ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਅੰਤਾਕਿਯਾ ਤੋਂ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਯਹੂਦੀ ਬਣਿਆ ਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣਿਆ।
