ਮੈਂ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਬਿਨਾ ਅਰਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਉਦਾਸ ਤੇ ਨਿਰਾਸਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਸਭਾ ਅੰਦਰ ਖਲੋਁਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਲਈ ਪੁਕਾਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।

Lamentations 3:1
ਤਸੀਹਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਮੈਂ ਇੱਕ ਆਦਮੀ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਮੁਸੀਬਤਾਂ ਵੇਖੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਸੇ (ਰਾਜ ਦੰਡ) ਨਾਲ ਕੁਟਿਆ। ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਰਦਿਆਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ!
